NSV measurements! All this work is paying off!

So I have been extremely frustrated with my lack of loss the past week or so, since starting Turbo Fire, and I've been getting discouraged but I've refused to let myself quit, I've always been a self defeatist and it's never gotten me anywhere I wanted to go. So I took some measurements this morning because I FEEL stronger and leaner and I just needed some proof that what I've been doing the past month (and most recently this week) is paying off and will continue to pay off!
I was pretty excited to see that in the past month alone I have lost:
4 inches off my chest
4.5 inches off my waist
3.5 inches off my hips
2 inches off my thighs (each)
1.5 inches off my calves
1 inch off my neck
My arms feel so much more toned and strong though there isn't much change there at all on the tape. But I've lost all these inches since January and really only about 5.5 pounds. I'm just thrilled to see that it's actually working! Had to share

Thanks everyone, I'm trying to break my old habit of becoming discouraged and quitting quite early in the game. I keep telling myself that the process of getting the body I want may be a long one, but if I quit I'll never get there! And I know I'm eating well and I am excerising hard and often, so I can't NOT get better and healthier, it's just going to take time

What ever you are doing, you are getting results.
The scale can total lie to you and make you feel discouraged.
Keep up the good work and very nice to see your results.0 -
That's amazing! I'm feeling the same way... On the second week of ripped in 30 and the scale isn't moving. This is really encouraging!0
