Can't stomach the multi-vitamins

Since going on a diet, I figured it'd be extra beneficial to take a multi-vitamin every morning to make sure I'm getting the adequate vitamins and minerals. I take One-a-Day Women's and a B vitamin complex but my stomach completely rejects it. I've tried taking it with food and a full glass of water as directed but to no avail. Is this a common issue with anyone? Any advice that can help or possibly a less harsher alternative?
Update: There seems to be a lot of positive feedback on the gummy vitamins. I might try replacing the One-a-Day with the gummies but possibly still take the B complex pill and see if the makes a difference.

I take a One A Day too.
The ONLY way I can take it is to take it with a bedtime snack, wait half an hour, and then take some Zantac. Otherwise, the results aren't pretty.0 -
I take them after breakfast or at night. I used to take them before eating and got super sick. Eating helps!0

I use the VitaFusion Gummies as well as VitaFusion Vit C Gummies. They are very tasty and I have had no problems with digestion. I take everything I can in a gummy. Makes them feel like a candy treat instead of choking down a bunch of pills.0

I heard about them and i know that the directions say to take two of them a day but I don't think it contains the same amount of vitamins and minerals as the pill form.0 -
I am currently taking Alive (brand)- Women's Energy Multivitamin- multimineral. It doesnt make me sick, but my stomach sometimes feels a little funny. I think it really helps with my energy. I take it after I eat breakfast and usually with my morning coffee. Maybe its the B complex, I know that sometimes upsets peoples stomachs.0

I always take my supplements DURING a meal. I eat some, then take the vitamins, then eat the rest of my meal. I also have a tricky tummy and this works for me. GL0

This seems pretty common with one a day vitamins. I experienced this myself as well as with my friends and wife. We have all since switched to gnc brand and have had no problems. The price per dose is cheaper and there are different variations for woman and active people.0

I typically take them in the morning with breakfast. It don't like the idea of taking a pill just so you can stomach another pill though. o.o0 -
It's possible you don't need them anyway. Why suffer for an uncertainty?0

I haven't read other posts. Its most likely the iron. Find one without the iron if you don't have iron issues. Most gummy ones don't have iron. I am anemic and have to take iron supplements. **major gag**
I take mine as I sit down to eat and then eat my meal. Note don't take it, cook you meal, then take it. Take it right when you sit down to eat.0 -
