borscht and 9 girls :}

I made a huge pot of borscht [Russian beet soup] yesterday. I had planed on eating it for a few days and freezing it for my lunches. We had a sleepover with 8 girls they ate almost all of it. They also ate most of my grilled peppers squash and zucchini. Oh well :}

that's pretty funny! My mom used to make borscht when I was a kid...haven't had it in YEARS!
