Should I invest?

Options
I'm really looking to do exercises focused around my midsection. I've been doing a lot of reading for what exercises are most effective, and a lot of them involve using an exercise ball. Is it worth the investment since I don't want to pay gym fees? If so, what kind of a ball should I get? There are so many kinds available and I'm a little overwhelmed. I need to stay in the price range of under $50.

Thoughts from those who use/own those balls (haha) would be much appreciated. Thanks!!

Do you have access to a gym?

I don't have the money for a membership, so that's why if the equipment is at the right price, I can afford to invest in that instead of a membership.

    Yes it's worth it.

My exercise ball is my computer chair. I love it!

It's only worth it if you use the thing. I had one for years that I would use for about 15 seconds once in a while and then forget it existed again.
I'm pretty sure the type doesn't matter as long as it is the right size. (there should be something on the box that tells you what height it is meant for.) Go for a cheap one at target or walmart.
