hello all! I'm thinking about getting a bike to ride back and forth to work on to a) save gas/money and b) add more exercise to my daily life. I was wondering if any of you have suggestions about any bikes that are decently priced. Thanks for any input!

This is a *big* topic. There are a lot of good ways to go about it...to just give you an example of how many choices there are out there, check this out.

That's just *one* manufacturer.
My best recommendation is to go to a local bike store and talk with them about your objectives. They should be able to match you up with a good bike that meets those needs, then they can properly size the bike for you, etc. Also, it can help to build a relationship with them for future needs such as routine maintenance, etc.0 -
okay! thanks for the advice!0
