whoops! i meant to write "to repair muscles"!!0

its not a bad thing
to repair muscles after a workout or actually to fuel them having some chocolate milk is OK
I use regular milk with chocolate protein powder to get more protein and less sugar0 -
I believe protein is the key to repair..so it makes sense..I drink Silk Chocolate Soy Lite..but just because I like it not so much for repair lol....I need a chocolate fix every now and again as well:drinker:0

you guys who drink soy milk
please know that it is not a good source of protein for muscle repair or muscle fuel
imo
soy is way over rated
lots of debate on it...but dont rely on soy for your protein source0 -

A guy I used to date turned me onto Silk. Whether it's a good source of protein or not, Chocolate Silk is still tasty!0

I LOVE chocolate milk and drink one glass a day... Not only for the benefits of milk, like protein (I drink 1% by the way), but also, to give my chocolate fix (I'm a chocoholic). I save enough calories for it, so why not? Everything in moderation.0
