I'm 5'6" and 157 pounds.

I'm 5'6" and 155 at the moment. I think.. Today is scale day, so I could be off, haha. Mine is set at 1530, because I work out about 5 days a week, for at least an hour. There are days when I go over by 100-200, and days where I'm under, but that's the average I eat for. Works pretty well.0

5'6 and 207 pounds, set at 1540 for a 1.5lb loss a week, eat approx 70-90% of exercise calories so I eat between 1600-2500 calories a day. I workout everyday (occasional day off) for a minimum of an hour.0

I'm 5'6" and 141 lb., working out for 1 hour/5x per week. Mine is set to 1,570 calories based on a sedentary lifestyle and wanting to lose 1/2 lb. per week.0
