Jamba Juice

Jamba promotes itself as being 'all natural' and being 'healthy'. I am wondering if it actually is all that healthy for you?

It is if a person is willing to choose their options carefully and to get the appropriate sized serving, such as 8-12 ounces versus 16, 24, or 32 ounces, which are huge. It also depends on whats being added to the drink, the base, blah, blah, blah.

A person can choose healthy options at most places - but the buyer must alert to what they are buying!

    Thats my 2 cents! :glasses:
