here we go again!

I signed up for MFP last July. I've not really used the site as I was doing the Atkins diet. I've decided I just want a balanced diet & to get healthy once & for all!!

    I like that I don't feel like I'm on a diet. In the past I have kept a hand written food journal and that was a HUGE step in my weight loss. I love that this site is so easy to use and it records my workouts not just my calories.

    Yes being able to log both food & exercise is great! For the first time I don't feel like I'm dieting but it's made me so aware of calories & food choices. The support here is awesome!
