    Wow! So, what do you eat? What do your workouts look like?

    I ate mostly low carb during the weekdays and maintenance with carbs on the weekends to stay sane
    I had a 1000 deficit throughout the weekdays in addition to weight lifting.

    My lifting routine sucked back then, which is why I don't really have much muscle on me
    My routine now involves high reps (8-12) for lots of sets, split for chest/shoulder/tri, back/bi, and leg days, all compound movements
