Best BreakFAST ever...........

Hello All just thought I would share a really great recipe for a really filling and yummy breakfast with you that is easy and fast to make.

3 egg's
Half tomato
Half Green Bell Pepper
Sprinkle of Parsley
Sprinkle of Salt (very little)
Sprinkle of Pepper
2 slices of Weight Watcher's Bread

Crack 1 whole egg and 2 egg white's whisk well, Chop Pepper and Tomato.

Heat pan and Spray with FAT-Free Oil, Medium-high heat.

Saute Pepper's add egg's and when eggs are almost done add the tomato just to heat through. Toast Bread and make a breakfast sandwich. Sooooooo good for you and filling.
