We all want to get rid of those budges on and some of us in desperation go through the hoops like crash diets, skipping meals, detox etc etc. I am talking from my and my friends experience. I have done all of the above to get rid of the nasty bulges.
I succeeded too but only for a short while and not without paying for what I did to my body. All the crash diets lead to me shedding so much hair from my head that one could see bald spots..I was always tired, had major mood swings,and was always irritated.( Side effects of putting your body through trauma of not feeding it)not to mention the weight came back on only after a short while of me getting off the crash diet.
Now I am trying to lose weight slowly.I am eating super healthy, working out 5 times a week and meditating. My hair are not shedding anymore and there is a major change in my over all persona.

Tell me if you have gone through something similar as well and what did you do about it.:wink::smile:

    I went through pretty much the exact same thing. I used to starve myself and then binge, so I ended up gaining. What's working for me is eating a healthy amount of calories and lots of protein. I do weight training every other day.
