Healthy snacks you can bring on a plane?

I'm taking a quick trip out to the west coast this week, I'll hardly be there a day before I turn around and head back. Any suggestions for good snacks I can bring with me in a carry on to avoid eating out while I'm there, other than fruit?

Depending on the airline, I would highly recommend avoiding anything related to nuts...a lot of tree nut allergies out there nowadays. How about pre-measuring out bags of pretzels, and um...fruit.0

Nuts would be a good option. Also, there are some healthy meat snacks that you could get. Not sure what you can get in stores where you live, I have to order mine.0

Protein bars, dried fruits, rice cakes, healthy crackers, a bag of veggies, homemade muffin.0
