    I really love the way you have found a new way to challange yourself that is awesome. I may try and incorperate this after I am fully healed from having my gallbladder taken out this week. Good luck and I anxious to see how many miles you will now be doing. Good luck girl you can do it.

    I set myself this challenge on Facebook last week, I asked my friends to like and comment on my status and for every one that did in that week I would swim, walk, run or cycle 1 mile the following week.

    I ended up with 30 comments/likes and 4 days in I have already done 24 of the 30 miles - so next time I need a harder challenge!!

    (if you are looking to challenge yourself why not ask your facebook friends to do the same? :))

    All you have to do to set me a mile is comment in this thread, but only one comment per person will count. For every person who comments between now and next weekend I will complete 1 mile...I'm a little nervous to say 'in the following week' as I have no idea how this thread will pan out, it may get 1000 comments haha...but I will try and do it the following week as long as the number isn't CRAZY.
