Mother with Special Needs child

Hi! I am a mother of a 6 year old and 2 year old. The six year old is a special needs child. She has SPD, Anxiety Disorder, Dyspraxia and LD! Is there any one else a stay at home mom dealing with the same thing??? If so How do you stay motivated to keep working out on days when you have just had enough???
