Advice on food diary

Hi I'm currently at 234 I started end of jan and was 246 for the past week I've not budged very annoying could anyone give me some tips and advice on how to boost my weight loss I'm not sure if what I'm doing is correct. I have 4 children I'm up thru out the night feeding the youngest get on averages 6hrs sleep at night I workout using ea active sports 2 on the xbox 4 days a week I'm currently doing a 9wk cardio programme I also go Zumba for an hr on Monday and wednesday evenings... I drink water to the point where I'm drowning don't know why I'm not moving down the scales as much as I'd like too
