How do I manage low sodium diet and still get the cals I nee

I am starting a new diet with only 1500 mg of sodium day. I barely manage that just eating pre-workout cals alone, but after a workout I burn anywhere from 400-900 cals and I'm trying to keep my net cals at at least 1200. So if I am doing that, I have to eat even more after a workout but then I go over my sodium. help? Are there foods and recipes I can eat that will help me fix this and keep it all under?
