17 Day Diet

Hi!

I've been on MFP for 2 years and counting calories is not helping. (I always go over and don't stick to it)
My husband suggested the 17 day diet. I looked it over and looks awesome with great success stories. I'm looking to lose 20 pounds or so.
I'm a female at 5'5" at 147 pounds. Does anyone have any advice or tips to get through it? I'm eager to try it for the whole 68 days. I'm also looking to add some buddies on this to get motivated. I start tomorrow.

    Have you tried working out?? I'm not familiar with this diet but my impression based on the name alone is that you will gain the weight back after the days are over. I could totally be wrong though!

  • yup, its my last 20 so it always the hardest
