Blood pressure nsv

Had to go to Drs. yesterday. As part of the exam I had my BP checked - it's always been about 120/80 (normal) so have never been worried about it, apart from when I was on steroids and it went up 140/95 (high).

Anyway, as part of my losing weight it has reduced to an even better normal level - 112/74

So while I have lost 3 dress sizes and feeling healthier - my BP is reducing. Especially important as I have CKD (Chronic Kidney Disease)

I know it's not a lot, but I'm quite pleased with this result.

Hopefully this encourages others.
