Tried Everything:)

I have tried everything from weight watchers to pills! Some times you just have to want it bad enough to just work and achieve it!! It took me over 20 years to learn that it is not me, or my metabolism, or how much i eat, or work out! It is what I eat and how bad I want to be here in another 20 years, and be healthy enough to enjoy my life! So lose weight or not I am deciding to eat RIGHT and feel better and look better. I have changed my eating habits, and that has changed my outlook on life and the way people see me. I have lost 54 pounds since last summer and have 31 more to lose. I feel better at 44 then I did at 30!! My husband thinks he has a new wife after 22 years of marriage:flowerforyou:

I have also found that having friends who have similar goals, and interests helps. Sharing information and encouraging each other is a big part of it. So please feel free to add me as a friend. I look forward to getting to know people and sharing, and encouraging each other.
