In the last 5 months I've been diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis and Fibromyalgia. I also have Endometriosis, IBS, and Asthma. I thought maybe I could start a little circle of support here for folks with chronic illnesses, autoimmune diseases, and other long term diseases. Some days it hurts so much (physically & mentally) to be active, so I would love to know how others deal with such issues.

Thanks & good luck to us all!

I have Asthma & Osteoarthritis. Been tested for RA, Lupus, was borederline for Fibromyalgia. I have been there where just getting through the day (work & life tasks) was exhausting.

I must say since starting here & quiting soda & eating healthier foods (not perfect still eat some crap but very minimal as now when I eat it like I used to I feel sick) and exercising 6 days a week my pain is signifigantly better.

    We can do this! !!
  • Thanks for reaching out. I am looking forward to getting healthier and am glad to know others are successful.

I got diagnosed with RA in January this year. I was diagnosed with diabetes (Type 2) a few years ago. Read up on it spoke to my health professionals and started being active (and of course the meds) SInce then I found the pain is not as bad a it had been. My blood sugar counts are the best they have been in ages. Probably due to healthier eating etc. Anyhow, all the best with your efforts. I'll send an add request to you too
