I've just started weight lifting and I'm trying to calculate calorie burn by RPE. I'm just trying to get a gauge to go by. I've got cardio figured out, now I have to figure out weights.
For cardio light is being able to carry on a conversion. Moderate is can't speak much more than a couple words at a time. Vigorous is not being able to get out much more than a word at a time.
What would the equivalent be for weight lifting?
