I here yea I have all but one friend and that's my dad. He ain't no help in the support level. He uses it for my mom. For the pass week I have been doing really bad. I need help. How can u stay on track when u r pmsing. Last monh wasn't this bad. I've been using this app for the pass couple months and I avelost 8 pounds so far but it stresses me out when I lose control.
