Hey everyone! I just wanted to share this recipe with you. It is so easy and taste good! So here you go.... It is called Chicken in a pot ....

4 boneless chicken breast
1 can cream of chicken soup ... do not add water ... you can use low sodium

Place chicken breast in bottom of crockpot. Spread the cream of chicken soup on the top as if you were decorating a cake.
Cook on low for 4 to 6 hours

Makes 4 servings and is around 250 calories and very low fat!

I like to sprinkle this with pepper and eat it over brown rice and brocolli.

Hope you all enjoy it! I do because it is so simple and easy

I have a recipe similar to that one, and I agree is delicious

1.5 pounds of boneless chicken breast (fresh or frozen)
1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 cup chopped onion
1 packet of dry Italian seasoning dressing mix
Water dependent on how much sauce you want out of the crockpot
1/2 block of low fat cheese

Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot, cover with the onions, soup and dressing mix.
cook for about 4-6 hours on low. About 30-60 minutes before "finishing" add in the cream cheese.

You can serve it over rice, egg noodles or potatoes.
