If you are interested in a 1 week total digestive cleanse to remove all offensive foods from your system, here is a list of allowable foods that have absolutely no negative effect on your digestive system.
Cooked starches include
Brown rice, sweet potatoes, winter squash, taro, tapioca flour and puffed rice.
Cooked vegetables include
asparagus, artichokes, beets, beet greens, broccoli, chard, celery, kale, lettuce, spinach, string beans, summer squash
Cooked fruits include
apples, apricots, bananas, cherries, cranberries, papaya, peaches, plums and prunes.
Avoid all citrus fruits and tomatoes. No condiments except for salt. Drink water only.
Even if you don't do an entire digestive cleanse, these foods should be incorporated into your diet to maximize digestive health.
