Coping Mechanisms

So basically my home environment is really unstable and chaotic at the moment. After 40 years of marriage my parents have decided to get a divorce and its just been a really difficult situation to get my head around. Also my oldest brother (who is 28 and living at home) is currently experiencing some serious mental health problems. I feel like my environment contributes to my negative thinking, which in turn impacts my relationship with food and overall attitude about being healthy. I guess I'd like to hear some of your suggestions or strategies to help me manage my dysfunctional life.
Also moving out of home isn't a viable option for me right now as I am a full time university student doing a double degree I don't have time to work on top of it.
