I reciently decided to really get serious about diet and exercise. Today I have added 300 plus calories from exercise to my allotted 1200. I am now under my 1300 + by about 220 all of which is exercise calories. If I stay around that number am I still doing okay or should I be adding more calories? I am trying to get the most out of this and understand that my diet still needs some work but first I need to know about how close to the recomended amount of calories I need to stay.
