Tracking Video Calories

So MFP is amazing so far-- (I've discovered it a month ago!) I love how easy it is to track exercises and foods. Especially the amount of reps, mph in jogging, etc. However, I'm going to be starting p90x soon (I stopped after 30 days, but I'm going back on!) and they have a combination of exercises. Some of them are your traditional sit ups, push-ups, and bicep curls, but some are made up like the "lawnmower" (Lunging while twisting your body by resting one elbow on your knee, while the other is pulling a weight up, similar to starting up a lawnmower(that pulling action)) Even if its not traditional, it still gives you an amazing workout! My question is, how would you track these workouts? It would be cool if there was an option to track individual workouts (for people who dont have some of the equipment to do some workouts, or just dont have the body strength to do a pull up...) or if there was an option for individual p90x CDs! I know alot of people here do P90x and other video workouts, does anyone have a clue where there might be information on the calorie burns to track?

I personally use a HRM, that's the only way you are going to get somewhat actual calories that you burn. I know a lot of other people on here use one too. Really it's worth the investment.0
