Vegetarian runner wanting to lose 15 pounds

Hello guys! I'm an active 34 year old with about 15 pounds to lose from my pre-office job weight. I run quite a bit, but I eat too much on the weekends, so the weight has slowly come on. Does anyone else have this issue? Overdoing it on the weekends? I don't really drink, but my snacks get out of hand.

I'd love to find someone to help me stay on track during the weekend. :)
