Well, I just joined MFP 15 days ago.
But before I joined this site, I was dieting and exercising on my own trying to lose weight. As of about December 2011, I've hit my plateau and I haven't changed much, neither up nor down.
When I weighed myself out of curiosity on November 2010, the scale said 315 lbs. I thought..a lot of things. Mostly shame and embarrassment.
I said.. no way. I can not be over 300 lbs. I'm a girl.
So..I joined a gym for 4 months and stopped drinking sodas.
At about April, I weighed 280.
Here is a picture of me, I went hiking with my friend. (Even though I'm fat I love to do things like that)

In September, I was down to 260.
Here's a picture of me in my grandma's living room.

As of writing this topic, I'm 259. I have been fluctuating between 250 and 260 for months now. But I am still losing inches.
I'm a size 18 in women's pants now, where I used to be a size 22.
