Hiya guys so I met my first huge goal this morning - have now recalculated as want to be more nearer the middle of the ideal/ normal BMI last year i lost 28 lbs all together - January 4th I joined Slimming World and iv lost a further 13 lbs !!

About 4 months before I joined MFP Weight Approx 214lbs :
About a month into MFP approx 200lbs :
May last year Approx 193lbs :
Me NOW :
