logging 30DS

Hi guys
I've noticed that you can't search and log the 30 Day Shred workout on MFP and that lots of people have posted about it, saying they log circuit training, etc.
I googled "how many calories does 30DS burn" and found a couple of websites who list the exercise as burning 503 calories per hour for an average weight of 154lbs.
I added it as my own exercise on MFP and divided 503kcal by 4 to get the 20min workout as 125kcal.
Now I can log it in quickly and easily.

Only problem is I don't know how to adjust it for lighter or heavier than 154lbs! But better than nothing!

    I just started the 30DS and logged it in mfp as 20 mins circuits - but it came out as quite a lot higher than 150cals! (around 250) - I don't have an HRM, and am unlikely to be ableto afford one in the near future - can anyone enlighten as to average cal burn for an unfit newbie 30DS level 1?
