Hi all! My name is Jaime and i'm 29 (about to hit that big 3-0!) and i've been using this app for about 2 weeks. I LOVE it! I am active duty Air Force and currently stationed in the Louisville KY/ Southern IN area. My fitness goals are pretty simple: 1. Enjoy it! 2. Run 3. Maintain current weight (which is difficult for me because i tend to lose it pretty quickly) 4. Tone/Define muscles 5. Encourage others to reach their goals! I love working out and focusing on healthy living habits. (i never say diet:) I am currently training for the Louisville Triple Crown of Running- 5k, 10k, and 10 miler, followed by the Derby Mini Marathon. Also, the week before the mini is the Mountain Man Memorial March that we have a team for to honor fallen heros. With all the activity i do, it's difficult for me to not lose weight and i monitor my calories/carbs/proteins/fats pretty closely. So while some may wish they had my problem with gaining weight, we all have struggles and need encouragement in those areas! I also love kettlebells and i want to get into crossfit as i haven gotten bored with regular weights. And i love to encourage people and help them to achieve their individual goals! I have recently got my mother into running with me and she is training with me for the Triple Crown and Mini!! I'm so proud of her and she is such an inspiration!
I suppose i'm looking for friends with similar interests/goals and anyone that needs a little encouragement now and then! I try to log in at every meal and when i exercise so i can determine my next meal.
