So iv been looking at pictures of people's success stories, they are all amazing! Well done guys!! But I'm thinking to myself i have a massive, saggy (fat) tummy, how will this ever shrink, I can't ever imagine myself without it!? Sorry to be so gross, but I just can't see where it can go or how it can shrink!? :-/

You won't know til you get there...so do that work and gnet to where you want to be. You might not turn into a swimsuit model or maybe you will but you will surely feel better about tha you do now. ;-)0

I know what you mean Iv seen people's success pictures who look similar sizes time when I started then their bodies look amazing after..... But I can't see my jelly belly going either. Iv lost nearly a stone and I can tell from my thighs and arms but not my gut! I'm going to try toning exercises as I go along but other than that I have no idea... I hope it will vanish!0 -
Hey Lucy!
I can relate to you - actually I've just been thinking similar thoughts myself, especially this past week. But the thing is, I can see a difference to my body now after a lot of hard work with exercise, over a period of several months. To see more results, I need to keep stepping it up and keep tabs on my food intake (which is often my downfall).
So the way I see it is, it is definitely possible to get rid of the belly, but it's going to take a lot of hard work, time, patience. You, I and anyone else who wants to can certainly do it, but it takes perseverance to get there, and gentle reminders that it really is possible. This is going to be a lifetime change, not a change for a couple of months.

I lost 95 lbs. still have more to go. But my belly is discusting. All skin and droopy saggy. Stretched mark out. Only way it will go away is surgery....sigh0

I'm in the same boat too~had my kids later in life (last one at 39) and didn't help to add to my already 4 spare tires!!! I have been going to curves since oct, walking on the treadmill and doing some bent knee sit ups. I have seen a shrinkage (still yukky) but because this is "years" of my fat to be shedded it is definetely going to take time~inch by inch, pound by pound! It didn't get here overnight so gonna be a while to leave! Keep your chin up as you are not alone and I believe you will get what you want/need....just have to work harder in that area and be patient and proud for all that you are doing! Good Luck0

Hey Lucy
Have you tried cutting out wheat for a week. You may see quite a reduction in your tummy bloati! Then it's down to doing upper and lower ab crunches, these are so much better than sit-ups.0
