Hi I am now on maintenance -and this week have gained a little (not bothered tho -it will balance out). However the question I have is this: My only excercise is walking and get about 180 cals from it. When dieting I ate these calories back. However now that I am in maintenance and not doing real excercise as such - do you think I should not eat these back? Thanks

Eat them back and for the love of god, lift something heavy every few days.
Dont let the lean mass go down!
Even if its push ups!0 -
Thanks - I will do. Was going to introduce excercises on a gym ball. Do you think that will help too?0
