Fun Fitness Game

I kinda stole this from a suggestion on the biggest loser mixed with an old version I used to do when I was in the Army.

Take a deck of cards.
Assign an exercise to each color, or suit if ya want.

I do the following, but really anything works...

Diamonds = pushups
Clubs = squats
Hearts = bicep or tricep curls
Spades = crunches on the stability ball

Pull a card from the deck, do the assigned exercise the number of times shown on card.
Fun, easy, creative, and once you have which exercises you're doing for which suit, it's like having your own little personal trainer just telling ya what to do :)
