This is a song that I heard a LONG time ago, I think off a Lassie soundtrack, and I think it's so fitting to post it here...

It's a short song, I know, but I think it greatly applies to here. I was bullied when I was younger for being too fat. I had rocks thrown at me, been called names, and it killed me inside.

But I've always been loved.

And with that love, I'm transforming into a masterpiece that Michelangelo or Rembrandt could never paint. It's because of my friends and "family" that I'm able to achieve this, people like you who take me for who I am and offer support and love. For that, I thank you all.

You are loved, even if it's just by one person, you are loved. Don't let the worries of life bring you down today, or any other day. You are a wonderful person, even when you feel like the worst person alive. I may not know you personally, but I promise you it's true.

My challenge for you today is to show someone you love that you do, in fact, love them. Take what you're given here and spread it out, whether it's your family, friends, coworkers, whomever it is that you feel needs love in their life. For it's when you're loved that you'll achieve all you dreamed of, and more. You ARE a beautiful sea, and you are most definitely loved.
