I CAN'T SEE THE CHANGE...HELP?

HI, I'm 5'6 and weigh 151 and i want to get down to about 125-130. Basically since I started this whole thing I've been finding it very difficult because I can't see any changes or improvements... I walk a lot and jog regularly, HELP!. Also anyone got any advice on how to slim down calves?
