Does anyone follow the Eat-Clean Diet? Are the receipes good and easy?

    Glanced at the website, it sounds like of like Paleo. Which I did at the beginning of the year.

    I think the idea of eating what our bodies are MEANT to process is a fantastic idea, however IMHO unless you are SUPER active, it doesn't really lend itself to great weight loss, due to lack of counting calories.

    Im more interested in the receipes, as I really want to move away from processed foods, but I suck at cooking, dont know what to put with what etc, so need some guidelines..

    At the beginning of this year, I went Paleo and that was a HUGE help for me in getting processed foods and junk out of my life, and there are a TON of awesome recipes out there. I did that for 3 weeks before going on a calorie-restricted diet through my trainer. Having done Paleo first was really helpful because I was 1)used to not eating junk and 2)had a base in my head for recipes I could then alter for my new lifestyle. :)
