Hey, my name is Chris and I started MFP a couple of months ago. I went a month in a half strong and lost 37 lbs but I have been slacking lacking. Although I did not lose any weight, I did maintain my weight loss.
Need more support to keep me going. Add Me !!

Personally, when I try to go balls to the wall with my diet and fitness I get worn out super fast and get stuck in a rut or just give up. This time I've been slow and steady with it, 1/2 to 2lb loss a week. It has made all the difference so far. I think you are doing great! Keep it up and don't give up!
