Ok I may be a bit behind, but I just saw the Geico commercial with Richard Simmons. That brought back some memories. Do you guys remember the Sweatin to the Oldies workouts? Does anyone still do them? I'm gonna have to look online and see if you can still get them or if there are more new ones. It might be fun to add to my workout.

I loved those workouts, did them with my kids but sadly I have them no longer as they were on videotape.

I actually had to dance one day for a challenge I was in and could not get to a zumba class. I have a DVR/VCR combo player so I pulled out the VHS tape and did it. My daughter and husband thought it was hilarious. I have done it a couple of times since just for a change of pace.

My friend and I used to do those with her mom. So much fun!

I actually have it on DVD but I haven't worked out to it for a while. I should get it out again.

I used to do them all the time in high school and college and actually still remember some of the routines. I also had sweatin to broadway and used to do them all the time. I think everything I had was on VHS so it is long gone.

I actually borrowed my mom's Richard Simmon's VHS and DVDs. I have been doing Sweating to the Oldies 1 and 2, Party Off the Pounds (80's music), and a couple more that I haven't even started with yet. I love to swap them up and do a different dance work out every day. I have yet to make it all the way through most of them yet, but I can get about half way before being too worn out to do any more. And I have a blast trying to sing along while working out.

I still love them! Anything that is fun and will get me off my butt and get my heart rate up is worth it!
