Working out Macro's - how do you do it

I am a 5ft 11" male weighing around 228lbs

I eat 2190 cals per day and exercise regulary.

How do i break down into macro's as in

Carbs
Protein
Fat

as i eat around 120g of carbs per day but dont know if thats too much. That is mainly from veg and lentils
