someone help me...I started tracking cholesterol and sugar today...what is the difference between fat and cholesterol? How can I improve my current distribution? I started Silk Protein and Fruit Soy drink to improve my protein intake but it has upped my sugar intake to stratosphere..
From what I see in my diary, I understand that I need to quit the Silk drink and the Special K cereal. What else should I be adding? I am planning to add protein supplement next week.
Any insight will be much appreciated.

I wish I could be of more help, but I just dont know the answers. I do know that you can get unsweetened soy drink that would have less sugar. I get my protein from a whey powder instead of soy. The type I got is sugar and starch-free, which works for me because I have eliminated both from my food intake.
I hope that someone more knowledgeable will come on here and try to answer your questions. Until then, good luck!0
