  • Mommy, diet soda cake is awesome..
1 box sugar free chocolate cake mix
12 oz diet soda (must be diet and carbonated, coke zero or diet vanilla pepsin are great)
    2 egg whites lightly beaten

Combine ingredients and pour into prepared 9x13 pan and bake to package directions, I find my cake gets done a little early so keep an eye...

For fun I often poke holes and add prepared sugar free Kellogg, and most definitely cool whip light.

The combinations are only limited by your imagination :)

I made chocolate cupcakes with pumpkin puree the other day. I could not tell the difference at all. It was just a chocolate cake and 15 oz pumpkin puree (i used 12 oz i had in the freezer). I dusted some with powdered sugar (for myself) and frosted the rest (for the family).

Nothing else is added, just the cake mix and the pumpkin
