Needing a little bit of insperation!!

I started of really strong and started loosing weight really great, but now I have lost my motivation. When I joined My fitness pal I had lost 10 pounds and with fitness pal I lost 6 pounds but now I'm hitting my wall. My 2 motivators dropped off and now I need a little help! I am crazy bust i have a 2 year old and I am going back to college also my husband is in the navy and not home a whole lot so going to the gym is tough but I try to get the gym in at least 3 to 5 days a week.

    Hey...welcome to MFP. To stay motivated and inspired, the best thing to do is to add as many friends as possible and use their stories and their accomplishments as your motivation. I check out success story blogs on this site whenever I am feeling down and their successes always lifts up my spirit.
    Everyone always starts this journey very motivated as the weight generally comes off very quickly at the beginning but then things slow down...that's when you have to keep going. Good luck and feel free to add me as a friend.
  • Thank you!!! I think what was my drop off was my mom and my husband were on fitness pal but then they stop using it and stopped motivating me. I think today I just hit a rut and just need a kick in the butt lol!
