Strong Body, Fit Body...

I recently found a free rental on Verizon on demand called Strong Body Fit Body...it was good for me as an introduction to some strength training but the problem is I have NO idea how to track it...any suggestions?

Track it under the cardio section, there's a "weight training" section.0
