March 30 for 30 Event!

Hi all!

I'm trying to encourage everyone (including myself) to get moving. To jumpstart your workout plans or keep yourself on the healthy track, pledge to do 30 minutes of physical activity every day for 30 days in the month of March with me. We can post to each other how things are going and I plan to create some events that anyone local to me can attend such as hikes and bike rides to get us all up and at 'em. I plan to track my own progress on MyFitnessPal and I encourage you all to do the same! So please join me and let's all help each other live a healthier life! Please feel free to invite anyone and everyone you know to participate.
