Sleep during Day - Lose Calories???

Hi,
If you need to sleep during the day eg catch-up (we have a young baby), do you think this would lessen how many calories you burn during the average day? ie should I take off calories for sleep due to the reduced level of activity in the same way that I add calories to my daily goal for increased physical activity?
Thanks for your thoughts/

Not unless you added some for the times you were awake in the night with the baby.
Don't analyse it too much, just get your rest when you need it.0
