Hello,
My name is Caroline, my goal is to loose a well needed to be shed 50 lbs. Honestly, these pounds seem to have crept on over the last 4-5 years and is driving me up the wall. Nevertheless, I'm confidant I will be successfull:-)

Using this program is so exciting! I dont know why, but its just enjoyable to track what I eat and to monitor my exercise. I find that after I see how well I have been doing that day, its very easy to want to work out on top of it all. Best of luck to all of you.0
