eatingwell.com and cookinglight.com are my go to places for recipes. I've heard good things about skinnytaste.com but haven't tried anything yet though the recipes look great.

Fish, all kinds of steamed veggies, a wide variety of fruits, Mrs. Dash seasonings (she has a lot to choose from to help the non-kitchen people like me), yogurt, air popped popcorn, and oatmeal. These are my main staples. I also use a lot of hot sauce and peppers to help flavor things because it can get bland.

Also, there are a lot of recipe threads here that can help with ideas.
  • I have found that I don't necessarily change what I am eating so much as I add a salad to EVERY meal except breakfast, I use Shakeology for breakfast and that has made a HUGE difference, and I use wise portion control! Helps! Also, eat some apples before your meals, they are high in fiber and filling!

Read the message boards here! Look at postings under "Recipes" and "Food and Nutrition." I've gotten lots and lots of ideas from doing that.
